Common breadstuff line ZTR

In general the line is proposed for making rolls and cut shapes connected with continuous baking line of class PPP with the baking time for 10 - 13 minutes. The rising room is thermally insulated, it creates a climate independent on surrounding in the bakehouse. The parameters of the line including humidity and temperature are controlled with computer control unit. The drives of the line are regulated with frequency converters, which are interconnected with each other with possibility to be connected with the oven. Data from the control unit can be used externally.
