Rentals of non-residental facilities and areas
The Company site is located nearby the Olomouc city center, covering the area of approx. 45.000 m2. Another advantage is good highway approach. The part of the precincts that is not used for manufacturing activities of MOPOS Company, is available for lease.
Running of the precincts is well-organized, roads all over the area are tarred. The whole site is monitored by security cameras and continuously patrolled by guards with a watchdog.
Available options:
- lease of office rooms in the main administrative building incl. parking lots within guarded area for both renters and their partners;
- lease of the outdoor parking lots for trucks in guarded parking areas
- lease of manufacturing and storage areas incl. providing required power input, social facilities and catering.
