Moravske Potravinarske Strojirny joint stock company (MOPOS) is a distinguished traditional producer and supplier of machinery, technological lines and production plants for food industry, namely for malt plants and bakeries, as well as for palletization systems, loose-material transporters and tanks.

The production and supplying activities of the company have in recent years been significantly enlarged for manufacture of common and stainless steel weldments and workpieces.

Surfacing of final product is provided in the company’s newly raised ecological painting shops including a powder coating line.

In carrying out its projects, MOPOS builds on the longstanding tradition in the food-processing engineering. The beginnings of this tradition stretch back to 1953, while in early 90’s the company was successfully restructured and modernized so that presently it occupies a significant position among the traditional manufacturers and suppliers of food-processing technologies in the Central European region.

The production of goods in Mopos are realizated by own production facilities. The flexible organizational structure and strongly build departments of projection, design, technology, material supplies, sales, service, digital data processing as well as solid base of wide-range manufacturing machinery including cutting tools, laser and plasma cutting centres, MIG and MAG welding, pressing and shaping machines – all these allow the company to work under competitive deadlines and with high quality, carrying out supplies of individual machines, operating units and spare parts, as well as completing large investment units of food-processing technologies ranging from project design, manufacture, assembly, commission, putting into operation, personnel training and post-guarantee customer services.
